Muri Mustapha


For over 5 years, Muri has helped some of the best college prep/D1 athletes to reach their full potential. Muri fell in love with personal training when he became Master Sergeant at New Mexico Military Institute. His vision is more than just training athletes.He wants to teach and educate people how the human body is designed for movement and help prevent injuries from everyday functions to sports-related injuries. Muri has designed and developed his own training style which he shares daily on social medial.
Chelsea Carter


Chelsea became an ISSA Certified trainer after her own fitness journey of losing 70lbs. She understands the struggles of being overweight and the continuous effort required to maintain fitness. Her passion is women’s fitness and she strives to empower women with the knowledge to overcome the everyday obstacles and barriers to achieve healthy lifestyles. It’s not just a diet or short-term exercise regimen for her, it’s a manageable lifestyle change.

AJ Dodd


AJ Dodd is a certified movement coach with an educational background in exercise science. He played as a shooting guard during his time at Columbia State University. AJ's experience and leadership make him a great addition to the MGL Training team for helping up-and-coming athletes.

Ryan Loftis


Through playing high school sports, fitness became a passion for Ryan. In college, he pushed himself to be the best version of himself. Now he strives to encourage others to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and push them ahead to go beyond their limits. The achievements of his clients are the most rewarding to Ryan. 
Patrick Beck

NCSF Certified Personal Trainer

Patrick fell in love with the gym and training in 2018. He played college Baseball at Martin Methodist College and is in the TN National Guard.  He has education in Exercise science and is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Patrick’s goal is to help anyone he can to be a better version of themselves.

Grant HIllsman

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Grant is an ACSM certified personal trainer. He has used his drive for health and wellness to pursue an M.S in exercise physiology, improve his own physique, confidence, and movement efficiency. He hopes to encourage as many as possible to pursue the maximum potential of the bodies they have been given. He specializes in improving functional movement, body composition, athleticism, and preventing chronic disease and injury for all ages and fitness levels.
