ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

MGL Training offers private training sessions for any client category. One-hour sessions are a standard with MGL Training to give you proper warm-up and cool-down time. Monthly body composition analysis is taken for accountability and assessing your progress.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training is an important part of an overall fitness program. Want to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently? Strength training to the rescue! Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone.

COUPLES TRAINING

Train with friends and family. MGL Training can also pair you with other clients for a fun and challenging training experience. Save money with group training!

MOBILITY TRAINING

Mobility training helps to reduce any restrictions within the body by increasing your range of motion within each joint. The ability to move freely within your body not only helps you FEEL your best, but it can help alleviate chronic pain, reduce injuries and improve overall performance. Mobility is something every BODY can benefit from.

Attend your consultation to get placed with a certified personal trainer that is best matched for your specific training needs and schedule!

60-Minute Sessions

Fully guided, one-on-one training with a certified personal trainer. We guide & correct you throughout the workout for effectiveness & safety. 

Fitness Assessments

Get a baseline of where you are & see how you are progressing. We conduct a movement screening, physical fitness assessment, and body measurement assessment.

MGL Training Fitness App

Track your progress & take advantage of more tools to reach your goals. Connect with your trainer in between sessions for additional workout assignments, stretching routines, guided meditations & more!

Nutrition Coaching

This is a huge component of health & fitness. With so much information and disinformation out there, MGL is here to help guide you to healthy eating!

HARD FUEL MEALS

We have partnered with HFM to have healthy meals delivered directly to our gym for your convenience. Experience healthy eating without the hassle of meal prepping every week!
