For over 5 years, Muri has helped some of the best college prep/D1 athletes to reach their full potential. Muri fell in love with personal training when he became Master Sergeant at New Mexico Military Institute. His vision is more than just training athletes.He wants to teach and educate people how the human body is designed for movement and help prevent injuries from everyday functions to sports-related injuries. Muri has designed and developed his own training style which he shares daily on social media.

Chelsea became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer after her own fitness journey of losing 70 lbs. She understands the struggles of being overweight and the continuous effort required to maintain fitness. Her passion is women's fitness and she strives to empower women with knowledge to overcome everyday barriers to living a healthy lifestyle. It's not just a crash diet or short-term exercise regimen for her, it's a lifestyle change.
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
Grant is an ACSM certified personal trainer. He has used his drive for health and wellness to pursue an M.S in exercise physiology, improve his own physique, confidence, and movement efficiency. He hopes to encourage as many as possible to pursue the maximum potential of the bodies they have been given. He specializes in improving functional movement, body composition, athleticism, and preventing chronic disease and injury for all ages and fitness levels.
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Chelsea, being a mother of 3, understands and experienced herself how important taking care of yourself is. She became an ISSA trainer so she could share her knowledge and love for fitness with other moms and women. Her love for fitness also took her into the bodybuilding world where she became a bikini competitor. She loves to help other women fall in love with themselves again.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Tanner is an ACE certified trainer who studied Health & Human Performance during his time at Middle Tennessee State University. Tanner’s fitness journey started in high school where he made the commitment to take his health and body image into his own hands. Tanner now strives to guide, educate, and motivate others who wish to do the same. Tanner is a former group fitness instructor teaching classes ranging from Core & Cardio to Strength Training (his personal favorite and specialty).
