His athletic journey began in childhood with pee wee football, eventually training alongside his father, a former bodybuilder, who instilled the fundamentals of strength, mechanics, and discipline. Certified through NCSF in 2025, Christian combines his personal background in bodybuilding with a focus on functional fitness to create training experiences that challenge both body and mind.
